This starts in the middle somewhere and is bad quality. Not usable.

This is NOT Rodney Yee's Back Care Yoga DVD. Nothing like it at all. Thought it would be easier to view it on itunes instead of hooking up the external DVD player to my Mac. Buyer Beware, not the same.
