I bought all ten seasons of Friends and iTunes replaced the version I purchased with this new version that is exactly the same, except I no longer have access to the old version. They refused to refund me for the old version and refused to give me access to the new version. I have lost $200 from buying this content from iTunes. I honestly didn’t even know it was legal to sell a broken item and then refuse to fix it or refund it. At least I learned something from this. You’ve lost yourself a loyal customer, Apple.

I am addicted to this TV show! I am only 12 years old and love this show! It's like the only thing I watch! It's hilarious!!!!!!!!!! I used to always watch the dumb Disney Channel shows. But then I found Friends, and I am never going back to Disney shows AGAIN!!!
